History of Amasau
In times of uncertainty and change, the most unexpected opportunities often arise. That's how our family-run artisan bread business was born. It all started with Danny, a nurse in a medical office, who found himself with extra time when work hours were reduced during the pandemic. Seizing this opportunity, Danny decided to pursue a long-dormant passion: artisan baking.
With dedication and care, she developed and perfected the recipe for a delicious sourdough. At first, she shared her creations with coworkers, but soon, the lockdown and limited access to supermarkets and eateries opened a new door. Demand grew, and we began delivering fresh bread directly to people's doors.
As the need for this direct service diminished, we reinvented ourselves to serve a new audience: coffee shops. Today, these establishments have become our main clients, and we are proud to deliver fresh bread to them weekly, made with love and dedication.
In addition, once a month, we organize a special event to sell bread to home deliveries, keeping our connection with our community alive. This way, we continue to share the warmth and flavor of our artisan breads with all those looking for a special touch in their daily lives.
